Safety Guidelines

The health and safety of clients, patients, workers, visitors, and staff is our first priority at EmblemHealth Health@Work. 

All other health care infection control, bloodborne pathogen, and respiratory protection protocols are followed and have been part of the EmblemHealth Health@Work culture for many years.

COVID-19 Prevention Protocols:

  • Clinic services are provided by appointment only.
  • Each patient and visitor must answer a symptom and travel questionnaire on arrival at the clinic.
  • Each patient and visitor must have their temperature taken prior to being seen.
  • Masks are worn by all staff, patients, clients, workers and visitors at all times, and staff with direct contact with patients wear NIOSH-approved respiratory protection.
  • Physical distancing is maintained at all times.
  • Examination rooms are sanitized after each appointment.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the clinic for all to use.
