Dr. Sheila Butler Named Fellow of American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine

Dr. Sheila Butler, MPH, FACOEM, Medical Director, EmblemHealth Health@Work — formerly the Occupational and Environmental Health Center of Eastern New York (OEHC) — has been named Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM). This designation is ACOEM’s highest acknowledgment that recognizes years of dedication to exceptional education, leadership, and commitment to the specialty.

Dr. Butler has been a member of the ACOEM since 2009 and was elected to the Board of Directors of New York Occupation and Environmental Medicine Association in 2019, and the recipient of the Resident Research Presentation Award at the American Occupational Health Conference in 2009.
